Business Responsibilities

Businesses must only use ReceptionHero AI for legitimate business communication with customers or callers who have contacted the business or otherwise provided appropriate consent.

Prohibited Uses

Businesses may not use ReceptionHero AI for spam, cold outreach, purchased lead lists, deceptive messaging, unlawful marketing, harassment, fraud, phishing, illegal content, or any communication that violates applicable laws or carrier requirements.

Businesses may not upload or use contact lists where recipients have not provided appropriate consent.

SMS Messaging Terms

ReceptionHero AI may send transactional SMS messages on behalf of participating businesses. These messages are typically triggered when a customer calls a business and the call is missed or unanswered.

Message frequency may vary depending on the customer’s interaction with the business. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Customers can receive help by replying HELP or contacting support@recepheroai.com.

Opt-Out Compliance

Businesses agree to honor opt-out requests and not attempt to bypass or override customer SMS opt-outs. ReceptionHero AI maintains opt-out handling for messages sent through the platform.

AI-Generated Content

ReceptionHero AI may use artificial intelligence to help generate or select responses. Businesses are responsible for reviewing their settings and ensuring that automated communications are accurate, appropriate, and lawful for their industry and customers.

No Guarantee of Results

ReceptionHero AI does not guarantee increased revenue, customer retention, appointment bookings, or business outcomes. The service is provided as a communication and automation tool.

Account Access and Security

Businesses are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

Suspension or Termination

ReceptionHero AI may suspend or terminate access if a business violates these Terms, violates messaging rules, creates compliance risk, abuses the platform, or uses the service unlawfully.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReceptionHero AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
