SMS and Communication Data

ReceptionHero AI may send transactional SMS messages on behalf of participating businesses after a customer calls the business and the call is missed or unanswered. These messages are designed to help the customer reconnect with the business they contacted.

SMS communication data is used only to provide the requested business communication service, maintain records of messages sent, support opt-out requests, prevent abuse, and comply with carrier, legal, and regulatory requirements.

No Sale of Personal Information

ReceptionHero AI does not sell personal information. We do not sell SMS opt-in information, phone numbers, or customer communication data to third parties.
