ReceptionHero AI sends SMS messages on behalf of participating businesses in response to customer-initiated interactions.

Customers may provide consent or initiate SMS communication in one or more of the following ways:

1. Calling a participating business
   A customer calls a business. If the call is missed or unanswered, ReceptionHero AI may send a transactional SMS response on behalf of that business to help the customer reconnect with the business.
2. Submitting a website form
   A customer submits a form to a participating business and provides a phone number with permission to be contacted.
3. Booking or requesting an appointment
   A customer requests an appointment, callback, estimate, service, or consultation and provides a phone number.
4. Directly requesting communication
   A customer asks the business to contact them by phone or text.

Participating businesses may use language such as:

“By providing your phone number or contacting our business, you agree that we may contact you by phone or text regarding your inquiry, appointment, missed call, or service request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.”

Missed-Call SMS Context
